The Problem
Recreational players can find a nearby partner at a similar level if discovery, verification, booking, and chat live in one product — instead of club boards and Facebook groups.
What Shipped
- Skill- and location-based partner discovery, match requests, session booking, and in-app chat
- Video skill verification, admin review, and free vs premium model (one partner in progress on free)
- Safety tools: account deletion, report, and block (App Store requirements)
- Payments: Stripe on Android; Apple In-App Purchase on iOS (premium monthly/yearly + one-time verification)

Club boards, Facebook groups, and random court drop-ins produced mismatches, no-shows, and no way to prove skill. App Store / Play shipping also required account deletion, report/block, and dual payment rails (Stripe on Android; Apple IAP on iOS).
Outcome
MVP is live in closed/beta testing: matching, sessions, chat, verification, and payments work. Android takes payments via Stripe today. iOS App Store approval (IAP + review metadata) is the remaining launch gate.
