The Problem
Recreational players struggle to find partners at their level. Club boards and Facebook groups lead to mismatches, no-shows, and no way to prove skill.
What Shipped
- Skill- and location-based partner discovery, match requests, session booking, and in-app chat
- Video skill verification, admin review, and free vs premium model (one partner in progress on free)
- Safety tools: account deletion, report, and block (App Store requirements)
- Payments: Stripe on Android; Apple In-App Purchase on iOS (premium monthly/yearly + one-time verification)

Shipping to both stores required account deletion, report and block tools, and two payment systems: Stripe on Android and Apple In-App Purchase on iOS.
Outcome
Production live on Google Play and the Apple App Store (Canada). Matching, sessions, chat, verification, and payments ship to real users.
