OPERATING PROTOCOL v2.0 (HYBRID)

Two tracks: fixed-price contract sprints for clients, and selective IP partnership for wild internal builds.

THE PROCESS

1. INTAKE. Submit a contract brief (scope, timeline, budget) or a wild idea signal via the form. Both routes are encrypted and logged.
2. ROUTE & SCAN. We classify the request: CLIENT_CONTRACT (fixed-fee sprint) or INTERNAL_IP / PARTNERSHIP (selective equity track). Feasibility and scope are confirmed in writing.
3. THE 14-DAY SPRINT. Rapid production cycle. Contract clients get a scoped MVP for a fixed fee. Partnership builds follow the same pace with different ownership terms.
4. HANDOFF / DEPLOYMENT. Contract work ships to the client with clear deliverables. Partnership builds may enter The Vault. Failures are documented as SR&ED data.
