By accessing or using Remnant Labs services, products, submission channels, or communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of all Remnant Labs systems immediately.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

You are responsible for all information, submissions, files, and claims transmitted through your use of our platform.

Submission of an idea does not create a partnership, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, or guarantee of review, funding, or launch.

Remnant Labs may evaluate ideas internally and independently. Similar or identical concepts may already be in development.

Except where explicitly defined in a signed written agreement, each party retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property.

No license, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights is granted by default through website use or form submission.

You agree not to misuse Remnant Labs infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or interfere with system integrity.

Automated abuse, scraping, malicious payloads, and fraudulent claims may result in immediate access termination and legal action.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remnant Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the competent courts located in Quebec, unless otherwise required by law.

Remnant Labs may update these terms at any time to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.

Continued use after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
